It's been a long time since we all went clubbing, it was like the old teenage days when we would lie to our parents that we went for midnight movies but we actually sneaked into clubs like Sparks and Hotstuff (a club along Boat Quay). Gone were the days of retro and techno; the new generation were much more into Hip hop and R&B, where Rhianna hits the DJ's top playing songs on Wednesday nights at Phuture.

Dinner @ Mr Bean's first, and quick meet up with my polymates @ Mind's Cafe for game of Taboo before heading down to St James.
I used to think Mr Bean's is some 'atas' dinner place, for the rich heiresses in their cutesey hot shorts and 3inches-high wedges, with a classic monogram LV speedy on one arm. It proved me wrong; not only was it economically priced, it was suited for casual dining or enjoying a couple of drinks with some friends.

We tried their Half spring cutlet with Rosemary sauce (HMm crispy!)and Sausages with their special sauce and mash. As we were running late, we didn't quite enjoy the delightful ambiance and dessert though.

Then at St James, we didn't explore around as it was fully packed. Packed with a hell lot of older crowd... With 2 bottles of Vodka and 1 bottle of Johnny Walker, it lasted us quite a while. A long night chatting, reminiscing our younger days, teasing the "shot" waitresses and not forgetting, insane drinking that resulted in three people throwing out. That includes ME. The last cup was the ultimate one - I puked the moment I got off the car at my void-deck. Yucks. Complete disaster. I really hated that feeling and it always forces me to avoid alcohol for a whole 6 months whenever that happens. Thankfully, nobody saw that ugly sight :X It always follows a horrible headache the morning after. . . .
