Prata shop is called FATIMAH MUSLIM.

(Something like that la..)

Sudden cravings for prata and the first one I wanna go is the one at Bukit Batok.

I love its crispy prata, best if you just eat the Ko-song one. The one with egg is also good, just less crispy.

Just pity they do not have cheese prata. BUt hack, to each its own. Jalan Kayu Prataman sells good pratas ( I heard. Haven't tried!) The one near NUS sells pretty good pratas too. But Bukit batok prataman sells CRISPY pratas. And they do not have inventories! (Strange way to describe..too much Managerial Accts and Operations Management). Which means, you will have fresh pratas when you order them!

The whole idea of advertising this prata shop is because I really like them. No, i'm not related to the prataman. I don't stay there too. But because, it's located at a super ulu place, I'm just sooo afraid it would close down one day. I'll definitely go hunt for him. Get a name card, make sure he emails me if he moves.

So, I want people to patronise his stall! Boom the business, so he will never close down! It's near to my place, so I hope it stays ...........
