Sympathy for the tiger or the man?

The whole tiger accident in the zoo was really unbelievable; too sudden and too unexpected. Something that you would never expect it to happen, of all places, in Singapore.

After reading the detailed story of what happened, the images seemed to gag up my throat. . . like, why would he even want to commit suicide, in a horrifying way? No man deserves such torture. He must have gone through a really, really tough time to have the courage to do that.

Jumping off the building is a really quick way to die, while the next popular option seem to be jumping onto railway tracks and getting many people emotionally hurt and affected after knowing that someone is actually right below their feet, under the train. But jumping into the tiger enclave. . . is literally putting yourself through a hell prolonged emotional and physical torture.

I truly pray and hope he rest in peace now, and all the bad things that bothered him so much, be gone forever.
