I've been tracking my readership and just over the last week, there was a 100% increase of unique visitors! So I went online and did a check.
The mad increase was most likely due to a philippines' linked website that talks about local girls appearing in magazines. Which is totally so out of the world to me, because the rest of the entries are on phillippinos and their famous artiste. Why would you want to write a post on me? *eyes rolls*. Weird.
The second reason is due to a local website called Chioeve I think. Something of the like. And of all photos, they decided to put up the one from a horrible and ugly picture from the magazine. Ok, but that's not the point. I'm not interested in having my url flood everywhere, whether is technorati or whatever strange websites out there. So, if it's a public domain that writes about people, please don't link me up. Unless you're like one of the people I know. Some kpos just have nothing better to do but to spread the word of my url to these public domains that they read. You know who you are.
I know its impossible to keep online websites to be really personal; afterall, its the WorldWideNet. Not a PrivateExclusiveNet. But I'm just trying to keep the number down, that's all. If the respective websites still do not remove the post (since I've already sent an email to them) and the numbers are still that high, I'll most likely highly restrict this blog thereafter. With all the cumbersome password and logins, I think even the bored-est person would rather surf somewhere else :)
