Bliss & wishes

I was about to turn off my computer when I received a message from M, when she told me she uploaded her photos from Korean. As I've always wanted to see their wonderful holiday pictures, I quickly opened my browser and went directly to their webpage.

With sheer intention of viewing photos, I was plainly reading through their blog entries..until I saw a really, really sweet one. A special proposal that D has prepared. A PROPOSAL in a place she has always dreamed to go!

Let me digress a little first.

I've known both D and M for quite a while already; knowing bits of their past and obstacles they've been through. I've always been on chatting terms with D, as he was also a good friend of Xavier. As for M, although we do not keep in touch very often, but whenever we do, I often share with her my problems and sometimes, she share hers as well. Even before I met her, I've heard a lot from D. His description of M's character was very much like me. And only after I've met her, I was so much more convinced that we can get along well and we did. :)

M's a really really nice girl. Amongst the many people in my life, she is one of the rarest kind. Not that she has long ears or big foot; but for the mere fact that she has a generous heart and a caring soul. She was like an artless child; always treating people only with sincerity and honesty. I cannot say that I'm one of her closer friends, but I know I do like her very much as a friend. She's someone whom I would and willing to be there whenever she needs me.

Through the trials and turbulence, M has fair share of happy and upsetting times. Now, she has finally found what she really wanted, the kind of life she wanted to lead and the man she truly loved. Similarly for D, who has matured so much over years, a good guy whom I know is the deserving lifepartner of M.

Back to what I was saying earlier, when I read about the proposal, for some reason, I became rather emotional and actually teared a little! One for the fact that it was brilliant and romantic way of proposal, and secondly, that he knew it was something that would make M really, really touched. And of course, that they've finally decided to tie the knots. :)

I'm truly, truly happy for both of them. I just wished they would stay this happy and loving always. :)

To M and D: May you have a blissful marriage, leading a beautiful life that you've always wanted.
