Happy holiday

It's National Day; everyone should be resting at home.

However, the hardworking ice-cream uncle has been working hard these days. I hear the jingling bell every now and then, but always miss it by a minute.

Today, I missed it during lunch and my mum has cravings for it. So, i was determined to catch him this time.

At 4.55pm, I heard the jingling again. I grabbed my keys and ran to my mum's room, wanted to ask her what flavour she wants. But when I saw her burying her face under the bolster, urghhh heck! Just get down first.

I dashed down, panting as I stopped at his mobile stall. I think I had the desperate-for-icecream look. I bought 6 icecreams in a row, more than enough for everyone at home. Just when I about to happily hop home, the ice-cream uncle actually closed for the day! I actually asked how was his business. And geez, I was his only customer today.

$6 is enough for the day!

Anyhows, I was too excited about my icecream that I was already eating it halfway when I got home. I login to wordpress and typed my password.

And my icecream? Drippped a humongous drop into my keyboard. I didnt know what to do, just frantically used a tissue to absorb those on the surface and watch the remaining sip deep inside.

Guess I actually fed the ants today.

*Does anyone know how to wash a keyboard? I was tempted to dip it inside a pail.
